How fast can you actually deliver?
A standard build takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on scope. Complex builds like multi-vendor platforms take longer. I give you a specific timeline after our first call and I stick to it.

My current store isn't converting. Can you fix it?
Both. I do full rebuilds, retainer work, and one-off fixes. A lot of clients come to me with a store that is not converting, has broken SEO, or is on a theme that is holding them back.

What exactly happens before our first call?
Before we talk, I research your brand publicly and build a working version of what your store could look like. You see something real before we ever discuss money. No pitch deck, no mood boards. Just your store, already taking shape.

What happens after the store goes live?
Yes. I have a monthly retainer for clients who want ongoing development, SEO, and growth. Most clients stay on retainer because the work does not stop when the store goes live.
